Is the listing free?
Yes. A listing with your USDA certificate, anonymous briefs when a brand fits, and one-click intros are free.
Can I pay to be matched more often?
No. Matching is never for sale. Brands are matched by fit only: product, certifications, and location. Any paid placement on browse pages is labeled Sponsored.
Which brands reach me?
Every request is scored and reviewed before it reaches you. You get a short brief without the brand's name and choose whether you want an intro. Not a fit? One click and we stop asking.
How do I update or claim my listing?
Search for your facility at the top of this page and tap Claim it free, or use the form below. We confirm your details with you by email. To change a fact on your page, use Update your listing.
How does Featured work?
Featured shows your listing near the top of your state, category, and product pages, always labeled Sponsored. The founding price is $49 a month, locked for 12 months, then $99 a month. Cancel anytime. Reserve a spot below and we send you a secure Stripe payment link; nothing is charged before you pay through it. Full details are in the Featured terms.
How do I cancel Featured?
In two clicks in the Stripe customer portal (sign in with the email you paid with), or reply to any of our emails and we cancel it the same business day. Cancelling stops the next charge. Featured stays on until the end of the month you already paid for; a month that has started is not refunded.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe emails your receipt. We turn Featured on within one business day, and your listing shows in the Sponsored spot on your state, category, and product pages. Your dashboard keeps showing your real page views, saves, and briefs, so you can see what it does.
