When you send a request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, company, and product details. We use it only to match you with co-packers. We do not sell your details.

If you tick "Share my request with co-packers that fit", we first send those co-packers a short summary without your name or contact details: product, format, packaging, volume, timeline, and certifications. Only when a co-packer says yes do we send one email introducing you to each other. We never ask for or share your recipe. If you do not tick the box, we send the shortlist to you instead.

Co-packers who get our emails can opt out of intro requests with one click.

If you send a listing request, we use your details only to update the index and reply to you.

To see which tools help, we count how often each part of the site is used, as daily totals: for example, "12 launch plans built today" or "4 searches for sauces in Ohio". We store no cookies for this, and nothing that identifies you: no names, emails, IP addresses, or the words you type.

When you use "Describe your product", the Launch Copilot, or "Ask anything", your words are read by an AI model to fill in the form or answer from our guides. They are not saved.

Company listings use public records from the USDA Organic INTEGRITY Database and information each company publishes on its own website. Companies can ask to correct or remove a listing at the same address.
