Featured terms and refund policy

These terms cover Featured placement, the paid option for co-packers listed on CoPacker Index. Your listing, brand briefs, and intros stay free. Featured is sold to businesses for business use. By paying for Featured you agree to these terms.
What you get
Your listing shows in a spot labeled Sponsored near the top of your state, category, and product pages. Featured never changes who we match with brand requests: matching is by fit only, for every listing. We do not promise a number of views, leads, or orders.
Price and billing
Featured is a monthly subscription, charged by card through Stripe when you sign up and then on the same date each month until you cancel. The founding price is $49 a month, locked for 12 months from your first payment. After that it becomes $99 a month, and we email you at least 30 days before your price changes. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.
Cancel anytime
Cancel in two clicks in the customer portal (the link is in our terms email), or reply to any of our emails and we cancel it the same business day. Cancelling stops all future charges. Featured stays on until the end of the month you already paid for.
Refunds
All payments are final. Featured is a digital placement that we turn on within one business day of your payment, so each month counts as delivered once it starts. We do not refund a month that has started, part of a month, or unused time after you cancel.
We refund in full when:
- We charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month.
- We did not turn Featured on within 5 business days of your payment.
If we end Featured early for our own reasons, we refund the unused days of that month. If we end it because your listing no longer meets our listing rules (for a certified organic listing, that includes an active USDA organic certification) or your listing information is not accurate, we stop all future charges and the current month is not refunded.
Questions about a charge
Email info@copackerindex.com first. We answer within two business days and fix billing mistakes right away, which is faster than a bank dispute.
The rest
Featured is provided as is. Our total liability for Featured is limited to what you paid us for it in the 3 months before a claim. We may update these terms; changes apply from your next billing date, and we email paying members before any change that affects them. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
